Melrose and I love to give our grandkids personalized gifts because it makes them feel special and they’re so darn cute! I recently had a chance to review a custom made book from Paper Hat Press that exceeded expectations.
Paper Hat Press Ordering Process
The Paper Hat Press website says ordering a personalized children’s book from them is “as easy as making a paper hat” and takes five minutes total. You know what, it was true!
Just three simple steps gets you an adorable, custom book that your family will cherish.
Step 1: Choose the book based on child’s age and gender.
Step 2: Personalize the book by answering basic questions and some optional ones to make it more special. My favorite customizations is that you can match the character’s physical characteristics (eye color, hair color and style, and skin tone) to the child. You can also dedicate the book.
Step 3: Preview the book before finalizing the order with payment. You’ll receive it within 1-2 weeks depending on which FedEx shipping option you select.
My Thoughts on Little Super Book
I was impressed with the quality of the Little Super book. The book is published in a large square format with a die cut window to showcase the customized little character. The pages were very sturdy with a nice semi-gloss look.
The story was interesting and had a message that wasn’t too strong but nicely taught. The book follows Little Super as he puts on his personalized cape, slips on his super boots, and sets out to save the day—fighting bad guys, coming to the rescue, exhibiting feats of magic, speed and strength, even flying! Of course, he makes it home in time for his favorite food, a bubble bath and bedtime, where he learns what really makes him super.
