i hope so!! i made some pretty basic ones: quit smoking once and for all (this will be the hardest), start walking daily (which i was doing before i got sick 2 months ago with respiratory crap that won’t go away), cut down on soda, spend more quality time with the 4 kiddos
Nope. No way I can keep them all (which is sad because there are only two) seeing as I’ve already broken my “No buying anymore books until I finish reading my To-be-read stack” resolution. But my diet and exercise resolution WILL be kept again this year!

Well this is the year I have no options I need to walk more and keep track.. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. And walking is a must.. to keep my sugars lower Good news is I have been walking my dog every morning now and he LOVES it too
