Mia Mariu Mineral Cosmetics Review & Giveaway

With my rosacea I have to be picky about which products are put on my face. That’s why I jumped on the opportunity to review three products from Mia Mariu. Their products are formulated with natural ingredients including highest quality botanicals, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and peptides.

My Experience with Mia Mariu

My selection included the Perfecting Finish Mineral Foundation, Mineral Eye Shadow Duo and Hydrating Stick Gloss shown above.  The Perfecting Finish Mineral Liquid Foundation is oil-free and has natural Minerals, Green Tea, Lecithin, Vitamins A & E. I’m pretty fair-complected so I got the lighest shade.

I was worried when I was applying it the first time that it was too light but it blended perfectly with my skin color.  It would have been hard to know I had it on except my skin looked better than usual.   My skin didn’t have that usual winter dryness feeling all day which was nice.

I picked the color, Luna de Miel, for the mineral eye shadow duo.  The product is made with pure minerals and color pigments.  It went on nicely and stayed smudge-free (until I rubbed my eyes) for hours.  My only problem was that the darker shadow was not as light as I had hoped and I would use this shadow at night. So, the problem was my color selection!

I absolutely love the Mia Mariu hydrating stick gloss.  It contains Vitamins A, C and E to nourish your lips as well as minerals and anti-oxidants to protect your lips. Icould tell because my lips felt moist when wearing the gloss.

That’s a pretty good feat because the air was so cold and dry!
